How does Microsoft 365 setup work?
We start with a free strategy call to scope the environment, then quote a one-time setup plus optional ongoing management. For managed IT clients, M365 setup and management are part of the monthly plan.
Can you migrate our email from Gmail or another provider?
Yes. We regularly migrate from Gmail, GoDaddy, Yahoo, on-premise Exchange, and other M365 tenants. Migrations are planned to minimize downtime, typically scheduled for after business hours or over a weekend.
Does Microsoft 365 include backup?
Microsoft offers limited retention but not true backup. A deleted email, a misconfigured retention policy, or a ransomware-encrypted OneDrive can put data out of reach of the native tooling. We deploy dedicated third-party backup so the data is recoverable.
Which Microsoft 365 plan is right for us?
For most small operations, Microsoft 365 Business Premium is the right baseline: Office apps, Teams, OneDrive, plus the security and device management most environments need. We assess the team and recommend the right licensing mix to avoid overpaying.
Do you provide ongoing Microsoft 365 management?
