Can you migrate our email from Gmail or another provider?
Yes. We regularly migrate businesses from Gmail, GoDaddy email, Yahoo, on-premise Exchange, and other providers. We migrate all emails, contacts, calendars, and shared resources. The migration is planned to minimize downtime, typically occurring over a weekend or after business hours.
Does Microsoft 365 include backup?
Microsoft provides limited data retention but does not offer true backup. If you accidentally delete an email or a ransomware attack encrypts your OneDrive files, Microsoft's native protection may not be enough to recover everything. We set up dedicated third-party backup to ensure your data is fully protected and recoverable.
